This was a two-day training program focusing on Entrepreneurs/startups/ wanna be entrepreneurs. The training was held on Feb 18 and 19, 2017. The programme consisted of following modules and speaker briefs:

Module I

a. Product Market Fit

Nitin Pandey, founder of Parentune explained product market fit in detail by going through several case examples, including his own venture. He stressed on the criticality of network effect and virality to validate initial use cases and thereafter a broad-based paying customers to validate initial product market fit.

Module II

a. Customer Life Time Value

Prof Maity from IIM L Noida Campus, explained in detail the metrics applied to compute customer lifetime value. She further ran a live spreadsheet to apply the framework. Prof Maity ended the session on key aspects that maximise customer life time value and increase customer retention.

Module III

a. Product Life Cycle & Pitch

Dhianu Das, the investor cum entrepreneur, explained his approach to product life cycle. He further stressed the critical elements that an effective investor’s pitch should capture. He also explained the behavioural elements that the investor notes while the founders pitch their ventures to the investors’ panel

Module IV

a. Sales acceleration & channel development

Paritosh Sharma, a serial entrepreneur and marketing author, explained the importance of content marketing for generating qualified sales leads.

b. Revenue Management Approach to Pricing & Sales Pitch

Rajiv Indimath, a serial entrepreneur and seed investor, engaged the participants on revenue management approach to build a robust revenue stream and dynamic pricing. He spoke from his entrepreneurial experience and explained the contextual scenarios to improvise sales. He further worked with the participants to work the founder’s sales pitch
