IIML EIC has a specialized initiative designed to catalyze the growth and development of early- stage startups. This intensive program spans 12-24 months and offers a structured environment where startups receive targeted support, mentorship, resources, and networking opportunities. The goal of this initiative is to accelerate the startup's progress, enabling them to overcome challenges more effectively, refine their business models, and scale their operations in a competitive market landscape.

Central to the acceleration program is a structured curriculum that covers essential aspects of startup development, such as business model validation, market analysis, product development, and growth & expansion strategies. Through workshops, seminars, and capacity building training sessions led by industry experts and successful entrepreneurs, startups gain valuable insights, knowledge, and skills that are crucial for navigating the complexities of entrepreneurship. This educational component is complemented by one-on-one mentorship, where startups are paired with mentors who provide personalized guidance, advice, and feedback tailored to their specific needs and challenges.

Cohorts:
1. Deeptech Acceleration Program in collaboration with IIT Kanpur

IIML-EIC launched an Accelerator Program in collaboration with Technopark@iitk for the startups in the DeepTech sector for early to growth-stage startups for six months. With this program, IIML-EIC created a holistic set of offerings for the selected cohort and enabled an overall growth of the DeepTech ecosystem.

2. Agritech Acceleration Program in collaboration with NABARD

IIML EIC launched the second cohort of its flagship acceleration program in collaboration with NABARD to support the Agritech startups in the agriculture and & off farm sector. The program comes with an array of offerings and opportunities for agritech startups with the help of National Bank For Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD).
